Job Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Our team of experts combines their expertise to provide comprehensive care that addresses the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement customized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical practice skills

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification
Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Strong communication and organizational skills
