Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including in the integration of aircraft weapons, communications, or sensor systems.
  • Experience with EMS and RF analysis, or digital engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, requirements development, and technology transition and insertion planning.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including in the integration of aircraft weapons, communications, or sensor systems.
  • Experience with 4th or 5th Generation U.S. tactical aircraft.
  • Experience with requirements management.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated product team.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills.
  • Master's degree in an Engineering field.
