About the Role:

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory impairments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
  • Providing compassionate care and assistance to residents in a warm and home-like setting
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
  • Keeping proper care records and reporting any changes to the nursing team
