Job Summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, QA Sterility Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality oversight and support for programs such as cleaning and disinfection, gowning, access and flow, facility modifications, qualifications, disruptions, and shutdowns.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality risk assessments and CAPAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Author and maintain technical documents, including SOPs, risk assessments, and reports.
  • Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biology, STEM, or related science.
  • 4+ years of relevant cGMP experience.
  • Excellent verbal and technical writing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and balance workload based on changing priorities.
