Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling self-storage solutions to prospective clients. Your role will involve both independent work and collaboration, as you engage with customers to ensure an outstanding service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct marketing and sales activities to attract potential customers.
- Perform general property maintenance and cleanliness to uphold company standards.
- Carry out daily inspections of the property to ensure readiness for rentals.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to navigate outdoor environments and perform cleaning tasks, including maintaining property aesthetics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or self-storage is advantageous.
- Availability to work during standard business hours without late nights or early mornings.
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
