Driller Position

We are seeking a skilled Driller to join our team at Martin Marietta. As a Driller, you will be responsible for the safe operation of mining equipment, including downhole drills. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Operate downhole drills and other mining equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform daily inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
• Assist in repairs and maintenance of drill, mobile, and stationary equipment
• Work effectively in a team environment to achieve production goals

• At least 3 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including cold, wet, or dry, and dusty environments

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of noise, dust, and other hazards. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in this environment and take necessary safety precautions to prevent injury.
