Additionally, you will take periodic inventories, train new employees, and refer discipline issues to your manager.

This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must be able to lift objects not more than 50 lbs without assistance and have a working knowledge of custodial operations and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide a full range of custodial and housekeeping services to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities

* Maintain and demonstrate good attendance habits
* Report any problems, maintenance issues with buildings, or broken equipment to your manager

**Requirements:**

* Working knowledge of the principles and practices of janitorial, custodial, and housekeeping services, and sanitizing techniques
* Ability to climb a ladder without assistance
* Knowledge of custodial operations and industry standards
* Ability to lift objects not more than 50 lbs without assistance
* Uses appropriate equipment and supplies

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in carpet and floor care, experience operating buffers, and auto scrubbers
* Ability to write and assign work orders, using computerized work order management software
