Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including logging machines, cleaning coils, and replacing filters, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Assist in the repair and replacement of defective equipment, components, or wiring related to fan coils, water source heat pumps, and applied air handling units.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and prevent premature breakdowns or callbacks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless warranty service applications and verify system functionality.
  • Participate in equipment rebuilds and assist with inventory management.
  • Operate company vehicles and maintain equipment, including hand tools and necessary materials.
  • Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, and other relevant data in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, communication, and customer interaction.
  • Provide technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and certifications.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Required licenses and training cards as per local regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in HVAC or related industries.
  • Associate degree or equivalent in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  • EPA-approved Universal Technician Certification.
  • Current first aid/CPR certification.
