We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at the Heritage Club.

Job Summary:

  • As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our members and guests.
  • You will require knowledge of all aspects of mixology, including food/wine pairings and wine presentation and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock the bar and complete pre-opening requirements.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Comply with basic safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Organize and maintain the bar area, including cleaning and stocking.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members and guests.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of bartending experience.
  • Knowledge of the club's POS system or comparable system is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Working Conditions:

  • Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
  • Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuous repetitive motions.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
