About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew members and other managers during shifts.
  • Monitor performance, take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards, and communicate with next Shift Manager.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to read and understand schedules and crew positioning.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
