Pediatric Psychiatry Physician

As a leading provider of integrated primary care and behavioral health services, we seek a highly skilled Pediatric Psychiatry Physician to join our team. This role requires a strong passion for treating mental illnesses in children and adolescents, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder experience and evaluations.
Job Summary:The Pediatric Psychiatry Physician will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental illnesses through a combination of personal counseling (psychotherapy), hospitalization, and/or medication. Key duties include:
- Evaluating and treating patients with mental illnesses.
- Developing individualized care plans and implementing treatment for the patient.
- Providing supervision to physician assistant staff members and other team members as appropriate.
- Pursuing ASD specialized child psychiatrists with expertise in electronic record keeping and documentation.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience is required. Candidates must hold a Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry and have completed their residency program. Proficiency in electronic clinical documentation and scheduling systems is essential. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are also required.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this position is $220,000-$280,000 per year, based on experience.
