Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at All Smiles Northwest. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding oral health services to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Implementation: Implement evidence-based treatments to address patients' oral health concerns, ensuring optimal results and minimizing discomfort.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, explaining treatment options, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Requirements:
  • Current dental hygienist license in WA and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
