Fiscal Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Technician II to join our Patient Finance team at Bartlett Regional Hospital.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable for various commercial insurances and self-pay collections. This includes but not limited to Blue Cross, Aetna, and Workman's Compensation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Process and collect payments directly from patients
• Set up and process payment plans
• Perform patient accounting related tasks in the collections office
• Communicate effectively with patients and other hospital departments

**Requirements:**

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of clerical experience in a medical office/clinic or a comparable setting
• Working knowledge of Commercial insurances including Blue Cross, Aetna, VA, and Workman's Compensation

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Billing and Collections experience
• Hospital Presumptive Eligibility (HPE) Certification
