- Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and off-hours, as projects often occur during non-production times.
- Background in an industrial construction trade such as millwright, ironworker, electrician, or pipefitter.
- Experience in supervising multiple trades simultaneously.
- Estimating and budgeting experience.
- Familiarity with ICI agreements and experience working with unionized trades.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and related design software.
