Job Overview:

DispatchHealth Management is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a mobile radiologic technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures in patients' homes or at facilities, providing critical care and enhancing patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Travel to patient locations, using your own vehicle, to perform portable x-rays and EKG exams.
  • Follow company protocols, verifying order documentation and patient information prior to procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients for exams, operating portable radiologic equipment as needed.
  • Determine exposure factors based on patient needs, adhering to safe work practices and radiation safety standards.
  • Process images, review for quality, and transmit them according to company protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records, visit logs, and reports of work performed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
