Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time or PRN capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on activities of daily living and functional goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Utilize therapy software to chart patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • NBCOT certification upon hire, with optional renewal.
  • Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT).
  • Current registration/licensure in applicable State, with a commitment to maintaining an active license in good standing.
  • One year of experience in post-acute care or a related setting, with a preference for candidates with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication abilities.
