Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Coordinator in Coeur d'Alene, ID. As a key member of our donation center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to donors, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
• Process donations in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Goodwill's quality standards
• Maintain a well-organized and clean work area, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Information
