Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Management Specialist to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Grants Management Specialist, you will be responsible for executing review, due diligence, documentation, and communication activities for our Grants program in the Americas, with a specific focus on the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen and assess submissions, including those submitted in Spanish and Portuguese, in our Grants Management System in a timely fashion in accordance with departmental processes.
  • Perform tasks to document and deliver our commitments on approved grant requests, such as informing recipients, drafting and exchanging letters of agreement, requesting payments, etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, communications, public administration, health care administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing or supporting corporate or nonprofit projects or business process.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10 days per year.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Additional foreign language skills a plus.
