Job Description

ANDREW CHARLES LLC is looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and workflow. The ideal candidate should have two years of industry experience and excellent management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive morale with work crew.
  • Assist store manager with maintaining proper food/labor percentages.
  • Maintain cash register sales balances.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring product excellence in all transactions and customer relations in all transactions.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent and previous food service experience are required. Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS software is also necessary.
