About the Role

The Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. This position involves conducting inspections of raw and finished products, reporting quality issues, and maintaining records of inspection and scrapped material.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of inbound raw materials and finished products using Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL)
  • Perform Pass or Fail testing on inbound raw materials and finished products based on AQL
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and scrapped material in Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft platforms
  • Coordinate quality testing for product development needs
  • Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and inspections
  • Communicate quality issues and findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist the Product Development team with quality and product creation requests
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of experience in quality standards
  • Associated Degree desired or equivalent related experience
  • English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office programs (including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word)
