This role is a vital part of a Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cell, dedicated to enhancing U.S. Space Force-Indo-Pacific operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in high-level strategic planning and presentations, preparing formal documentation and background materials for senior leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) research and analysis to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), ensuring operational effectiveness across all domains.
  • Analyze various national security policies and military strategies, focusing on capability integration that supports USINDOPACOM initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced ELINT processing tools and methodologies to optimize mission outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of Electronic Warfare (EW) strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Electromagnetic Warfare operations, capability development, or policy formulation.
  • At least 3 years of experience within a Combatant Command or Service Component Headquarters.
  • Experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations is essential.
  • Familiarity with Theater Campaign Plans and Operations Plans is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible for SCI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or completion of Service Command and General Staff College.
  • Background in U.S. Space Force JEMSO operations.
  • Experience collaborating with various Department of Defense entities and non-DoD organizations.
  • Graduate of Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operations Course.
