Compensation Package

$160,000 - $220,000 per year, plus benefits package

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wireless network design principles and the ability to create detailed RFDS and plumbing diagrams. You will also be responsible for conducting RFE analysis, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with RFE mitigation standards.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of regional wireless networks.
  • Utilize propagation tools and other RF-related equipment to analyze site data and recommend optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with real estate teams to acquire sites, lease property, and ensure zoning compliance.
  • Audit internal databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
