ServiceNet is seeking a skilled Janitorial Assistant to join our Facilities Services department in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clinics and administrative building.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure the building is clean and free of clutter, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Trash and Recycling Management: Empty trash and recycling receptacles daily and maintain a clean and organized waste management system.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and supply restrooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked at all times.
- Facilities Maintenance: Perform various maintenance tasks as needed, including fixing minor issues and reporting any major concerns to management.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous janitorial or building maintenance experience preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Physical Ability: Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Attention to Detail: Must have an eye for detail and a willingness to get the job done.
- Integrity and Independence: Must be able to work independently and demonstrate integrity in all aspects of the job.
- Competitive Pay: $18.00 per hour.
