Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to become a vital part of our established primary care team at Pacific Medical Centers. This role offers the chance to work within a highly regarded team that consistently earns high patient satisfaction ratings. The ideal candidate will possess confidence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on outpatient care only
- Utilize Epic EMR, Dragon, and DAX for efficient patient management
- Access to on-call triage RN services available year-round
- Onsite imaging services including x-ray, CT, MRI, echo, mammogram, and lab support
- Provide comprehensive care in a Family Medicine clinic, catering to a diverse patient demographic including infants, pediatrics, women's health, and chronic disease management
- Suboxone waiver is preferred but not mandatory
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Work alongside a tenured clinical team with low turnover rates
- Competitive compensation ranging from $238,830 to $330,915 annually
- Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and additional shift incentives as applicable
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans (457(b) and 403b)
