USA Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional outpatient primary care to a Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients per day, providing high-quality care focused on patient satisfaction and alignment with company values.
- Participate as part of a collaborative care team that includes Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center team members.
- Deliver primary care with no nights, weekends, or in-hospital calls, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and cloud-based electronic health records to enhance patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
- Current, active, and non-probationary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona.
- At least 2 years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
- Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
- Employed position with competitive above-market compensation.
- Bonus based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume.
- Full malpractice coverage with tail.
