Public Relations Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Lead to join our team at Gotion, Inc. in Silicon Valley, California.

About Gotion:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to increase brand visibility and support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Manage and respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press conferences.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing and communication strategies.
• Handle crisis communication, preparing and executing plans to manage negative publicity.
• Organize and promote company events, product launches, and press tours.
• Manage PR budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media coverage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in PR tools and platforms, such as media databases, monitoring services, and social media.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with the industry is a plus.
