**Job Summary**

VirtualVocations is seeking a highly skilled Medicare Pharmacy Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of daily pharmacy operations in compliance with Medicare Part D and Part C benefit programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Administer standardized daily operations and maintain Medicare pharmacy benefits focused on member experience
* Coordinate pharmacy reject review and resolution, ensuring timely communication regarding coverage determinations and prescriptions
* Collaborate with clinical pharmacists and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) for claim resolution and quality initiatives

**Qualifications, Training, and Education**

* Associate Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience in health plan, pharmacy, or PBM operations with knowledge of CMS guidelines, specifically Part D
* Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
* Knowledge of pharmacy claims processing through retail or mail pharmacy
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
