Job Title: CT Technologist

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Pico Rivera, California.

Job Summary:

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
  • Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information.
  • Ensure the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to HIPAA and other patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred).
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT)) or R.T. (R)(ARRT).
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice (required in CA).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
  • Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred in CA and OR).
