KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Thoroughly reviews and comprehends all details outlined in Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Assembles all essential equipment, beverages, and supplies to establish the designated service area
  • Ensures all glassware is polished and prepares necessary bar condiments
  • Verifies that all guests are of legal drinking age
  • Crafts drink orders in accordance with established bar standards and guest preferences
  • Engages with guests to ensure their satisfaction and enjoyment
  • Observes guests for signs of overconsumption and takes appropriate actions
  • Post-event, responsibly removes inventory and beverage equipment to designated storage
  • Safely retrieves and stores bar glassware
  • Communicates any issues or guest feedback effectively
  • Performs additional duties as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certification in Safe Serving is mandatory
