Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree (Master's or PhD).
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language or framework (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in leading projects from design to production while maintaining high technical standards.
  • Expertise in at least one area pertinent to our cloud-based financial platform (e.g., fintech, distributed systems, databases, security, or front-end development).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience or a combination of work experience and advanced education.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • A history of spearheading significant technical projects and achieving impactful results.
  • Experience in building and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
  • Experience with live on-call and 24/7 operations of production services.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and DevOps practices such as CI/CD.
  • A solid understanding of security best practices for enterprise applications.
