Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners for exciting opportunities in the Marietta / Northwest Atlanta area. This role involves conducting in-home medical assessments and providing comprehensive care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and review medical histories.
- Demonstrate exceptional physical assessment capabilities.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of pharmacology and medication management.
- Accurately diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Order necessary medications, durable medical equipment (DME), and ancillary services for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and a minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse.
- Active and unrestricted APRN license in Georgia.
- Current certification from ANCC or AANP.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
