We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a PRN position. As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a home health setting, working a 7pm-7am rotation every third weekend.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless transitions.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
- A diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
