Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Beacon Behavioral Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervision to our patients. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and supervision to patients
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individual plans of care
- Serve as the Medication Nurse as needed and assist LPNs and all staff as needed
- Assist the DON as the liaison between the program staff and medical staff

Qualifications

- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of operation
- Bachelor's, associate degree, or diploma in nursing with documented evidence of educational program focused on treating psychiatric patients
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, 1 year of which was providing nursing care to the mentally ill, or receive regular documented supervision/consultation from a Master's prepared psychiatric nurse
