Job Title: Compliance and Risk Management AnalystDescription:

M Consulting Services is a leading consulting firm that provides managed services to Fortune 500 clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with experience in developing and implementing policies to combat fraud and abuse. They will work closely with our client's organization to reduce risk and protect the experience of users and business partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing policies to combat fraud and abuse
  • Managing outreach efforts and tracking external stakeholder sentiment
  • Providing weekly reports on projects
  • Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and workflows
  • Working with stakeholder teams to resolve escalations from users and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with teams to automate review processes and improve user experience for policy-related issues

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of relevant public policy work experience
  • 3 years Program or Project Management experience
  • Experience in Internet and/or Content policy development
  • Experience using data and technology to solve complex business problems coupled with a proven ability to exercise judgment even in a crisis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with advanced product and/or program management

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year.
