Math Teacher and Tutor Wanted

Sylvan Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate math teacher and tutor to join our team.

We are looking for an individual who is able to teach a variety of math subjects, including Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and Pre-Calculus. Experience with Statistics, Calculus, and high-school sciences is a plus.

As a Sylvan instructor, you will work with students of all ages, providing one-on-one support and guidance to help them succeed in math. You will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive learning environment, and for motivating and inspiring students to learn.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Math or a related field
  • Passion for teaching and working with students
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
What You'll Do:
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students
  • Teach a variety of math subjects, including Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and Pre-Calculus
  • Use pre-planned lessons and materials to support student learning
