Job Description

As an NICU Registered Nurse with MedPro Healthcare Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in the neonatal intensive care unit with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing direct and specialized care for newborns needing close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns in the NICU">
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans">
  • Monitor and manage patients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed">
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care">
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and technologies">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Minimum Requirements:

  • ">
  • 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting">
  • Active RN License">
  • BLS, PALS, & NRP Certifications">
  • Degree from accredited nursing program">
