Requirements:
\. 5 years of experience in a large commercial industrial or health care facility as an electrician, HVAC, and Plant Operator, or plumber with general and structural maintenance, modification, renovation, and interior construction\. \- Previous experience in general maintenance in a hospital or similar institution preferred\. \- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent\. \- Technical, vocational, or other equivalent education preferred\. \- Licensed or certified in HVAC, Electrical, Plant Operations, or Maintenance field preferred.
