We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Systems Engineer to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the environments and infrastructure that support our global financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud and on-premises environments to ensure reliability, performance, and security
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement best practices and streamline deployment processes
  • Manage and maintain Oracle Identity Cloud Service (OIC) environments, including configuration and administration of OIC policies, identity providers, and access management settings
  • Monitor and troubleshoot OIC-related issues and work with Oracle support as needed
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users and development teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience in administering Oracle Identity Cloud Service (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Integration Cloud/ODI
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, and/or VBCS
  • Experience with cloud management and monitoring tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with various components of the CI/CD pipeline tools such as GiT, Jenkins, Puppet, Bamboo, BitBucket, Maven
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
