Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapy Clinic Director to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic in the Dallas/Salem area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing clinic operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients with orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as geriatric conditions.
- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists, ensuring excellent patient care and clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement effective clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management.
- Collaborate with the Upstream Rehabilitation network to share best practices, resources, and knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing professional growth and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and leadership abilities.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
