Job Overview

At Vertical Supply Group, we're seeking a skilled Rope Hand Splicer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a crucial role in building high-quality rope products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Utilize hand tools and machinery to create rope terminations with precision and attention to detail.

· Ensure customer requests are met and expectations are exceeded.

· Conduct quality checks on all products to guarantee compliance with ANSI standards.

· Produce high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner.

· Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and safe splicing area.

· Adhere to inventory control processes to optimize production.

Requirements

· High School Diploma

· Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Physical Demands

Heavy Work involves exerting force to move objects, frequent reaching and grasping, and regular use of hands for dexterity. Visual ability, including distance, peripheral, and depth perception, is also required. Regularly required to talk and hear.
