Job Overview

• A successful Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crews to ensure they perform their jobs responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift:

Key Responsibilities

• A strong work ethic, professional attitude, and courteous behavior that reflects favorably upon yourself and Marco's Pizza
• The ability to work as part of a purpose-driven team dedicated to providing Marco's Pizza Guests with a Five-Star experience
• The ability to accurately count money and make change
• Tactful communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures
• The ability to remain calm and focused in high tempo and stressful environments
• Flexible scheduling
• Proficiency in using store technology and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Salary

Estimated salary: $12-$15 per hour, depending on location and experience.
