About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Foreman to lead our site construction efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our crew meets production goals and maintains a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Site Construction Efforts: Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Implement Safety Protocols: Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies, as well as industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI).
  • Manage Crew Performance: Provide leadership, guidance, and training to crew members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Customers: Work closely with customer representatives to ensure that site-related activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Compile and upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces, and maintain accurate records of site-specific information.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • Skills: Expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge, as well as organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Certifications: Possess job-related certifications, including First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment.
  • Education: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
