Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled general surgeon to join our team at a reputable hospital in the Ozark Mountains. This is a full-time, permanent placement opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job Summary
We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible general surgeon to join our team of experienced physicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform general surgery procedures, including colorectal and endoscopy
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced physicians and staff
- Participate in call coverage, with a call schedule of 1:3
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Benefits
- Competitive salary based on MGMA standards
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- $10,000 relocation reimbursement
- Monthly educational stipend while completing training
- Student loan support up to $100,000
- Up to $4,500 for CMEs and professional license fees, dues, and journals
- 8 weeks of paid time off annually
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, long and short-term disability, AD&D, 403B matching up to 3% after one year, and a 457 plan
