- Implement fiscal and human resources, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure patient-centered care.
- New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.N.
- Certification preferred in specialty or efforts to achieve certification.
- BSN degree required and 5 years clinical experience, two of which must be in the specialty or related service.
