Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide orthopedic physical therapy services to patients in our thriving office in Hamilton Park. The ideal candidate will have experience working with spine patients and be able to develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients with orthopedic conditions, focusing on preventing surgery and expediting recovery from surgery in the postoperative period.
- Work collaboratively with neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management doctors, and physiatrists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and communicate effectively with treating physicians to ensure seamless care.
- Identify opportunities to refer patients to discipline-specific treatment services as needed.
- Design functional treatment programs to help patients achieve an effective return to their desired lifestyle and activities.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our physical therapy patient base and referral network.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
