  • Engage with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment
  • Direct and oversee architecture development initiatives
  • Evaluate system performance and mitigate risks effectively
  • Formulate mission and system management CONOPs
  • Conduct thorough trade studies and coordinate with engineering teams
  • Set objectives and metrics for client solutions
  • Act as the systems-level point of contact throughout the program lifecycle
  • Guide and develop team members through mentorship

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of technical experience in space solutions
  • Robust background in mission design and analysis
  • Familiarity with communications, navigation technologies, and system lifecycle management
  • Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Desired Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field
  • Experience with spacecraft missions and satellite navigation
  • Expertise in ground-based satellite navigation systems
  • Experience with electric propulsion satellite missions
