Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

About the Role:
The HVAC Service Technician is a key member of our team at Element Heating and Cooling, responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers through the maintenance and repair of residential heating and cooling systems. This includes air conditioners, furnaces, fan coils, heat pumps, ductless systems, and fireplaces.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems
• Conduct warranty services and emergency repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
