Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the State of Florida. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our Women's Health clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing services to clients in our Women's Health clinics, including prenatal care, family planning, and immunizations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct health education sessions and workshops to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Work closely with community partners to provide outreach and education services.
Requirements
  • Active valid license to practice as a registered nurse in Florida.
  • 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare setting.
  • 6 months experience providing healthcare services in a women's health setting.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday and in emergency situations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Experience providing care to clients with TB.
  • Experience working with a refugee population.
  • Experience presenting health-related information to large groups.
