Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms and other interior and exterior areas under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Assist in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
