Job Overview

Position: Laminator Operator | Compensation: $16 per hour | Industry: Manufacturing

Role Responsibilities:

  • Operate the laminating machine to ensure a steady flow of materials
  • Feed materials into the laminator accurately
  • Maintain continuous operation of film and netting, ensuring they are centered
  • Adjust heat settings and replace tape on the heat roller as necessary
  • Monitor the speed of operation
  • Ensure proper adhesion of film and net, maintaining tape on the heat roller
  • Set minimal roll weights in accordance with production orders

Qualifications:

  • Adherence to all safety protocols established by the company
  • Proficiency in English comprehension
  • Ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively
  • Previous manufacturing experience of 3 to 6 months is preferred
